Off To The Races

Probably the nicest review I have ever gotten. And for those of you wanting to catch me on TV, I'll be on CTV News tonight at around 11:30, and tomorrow around noon. I'm still trying to figure out how to tape it. I don't really have a hooked-up VCR, but I bet I could scrounge around for some cables.

I stopped by the NAC to have a look at the stage. Man, am I ever excited. It looks so good in there. All that red and black. All those little tables. Now I have to figure out what to wear. Those pink shoes I was betting on still look pretty tempting, but those pointy silver ones are way comfier. Oh, decisions.

Tonight: Harmony rehearsal. Yup. Brian and I just get to hang out and sing harmony at each other. You can tell we're cousins by the way we harmonize. It's really quite funny. Tomorrow is the final rehearsal and then we're off to the races. And there are five tickets left at the NAC, with both Compact Music's being sold out.

Rock and roll.

It's been a pretty restless week for me - in the sense that I've rested less, and I have been drained to the point of exhaustion every day. Lately it seems that within seconds of hitting the pillow, I'm out like a light and not even my Better Half's questions can't wake me up. As much as I'm looking forward to the concert, I am looking forward even more to regular sleep.

I completely know what you mean about the cousins harmonizing thing. There's just something about cousins who sing together...
