It has been a particularly odd sort of Sunday.
I slept in far later than I expected to, and as a result, my whole day has been skewed. Getting dressed, for example, seemed useless. It's 4:15, and I'm still in my pajamas. Amazingly, I've still managed to be productive. I read 80 pages of my roommate's thesis on potato farming (no punchline here... It's true). I tore apart my closet in an attempt to finally reorganize the damn thing. I dusted to the point of being obsessive. I tried on old clothes to see if they still fit. And I made piles of stuff to give away; some to consignment, some to my sister, and some to the St. Vincent de Paul.
Hopefully that excuses me for sleeping away half my precious weekend.
Maybe staying up until 2:30 am on Friday night messed with my internal clock a bit. Either way, I will make a real attempt to get to bed at a decent hour tonight, so that tomorrow you won't have to read about the crisis of pesticide use on the potato farms of rural Ecuador.
Which, by the way, reads like a soap opera if you manage to get past the political theory. Corruption, family feuding, and community uprisings. That's what I'm talking about.

Sounds like a perfect Sunday!
Wishing a you great week.
You too Laura!!
4:15?? Ye gods. I can't remember the last time I slept past 7:30. In fact, most of the time my stinkin' cat is getting anxious for me to get up at 4:15 -- AM,so by 5:00 I'm scraping fishy-smelling crap into a bowl for him on my way to the shower.. By 4:15 PM I'm ready for supper. GAAAHHH ..now I have to move to Florida.
Don't worry... I didn't actually wake up at 4:15 pm! I woke up just before noon, which is highly uncharacteristic for me. It felt so late that I never got dressed.
