It's Not Knitting, But It Sure Is Funny.

Knitting is going much, much better.

By the end of the weekend, I should have a purply slouch hat and a fuzzy blue-green scarf nearly done. I wanted to learn to knit socks, but then I found out that such a venture requires five needles. To that, I say no. I can barely handle keeping my two giant needles in sync, let alone five. The socks will have to wait.

It's been hard to sneak back in here to post. I can't even remember what I've been doing all week, but apparently it's kept me busy.

I remember taking pictures in the bathroom at Chapters downtown. I remember visiting with my sister who is in town from Peterborough. I remember walking back from a party last night and then finally hailing a cab. Ooooh. I remember Megan's delicious baking. I remember my knitting teacher's homemade hot sauce. I remember burning my tongue off at Taj Mahal but being soooo happy about it. Okay. It's all coming back to me.

And now I need to wake my brain up a bit further, because it's freezing rain out and I need to put one foot in front of the other all the way to the bus stop. I'll take notes so that I will have something exciting to report. It will probably involve me falling on my ass in a puddle. It's not knitting, but it sure is funny.

Be careful. Your street is very steep. I know.

Also, I miss you.
